Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
There is no city/tourist tax.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs MYR 52.20 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs MYR 15.70 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby and charges are applicable.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
