Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged MYR 100.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

Groups: When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs MYR 25.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs MYR 45.00 per person.

Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs MYR 10.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
