The room was large enough and clean. Towel quality was poor but that seemed universal with everywhere we stayed in Malaysia. One thing with this hotel, the TV was chinese and therefore incompatible with wall socket. We phoned the reception to have this rectified and despite being told to wait 5 minutes, nothing happened. The next day we asked at the desk that this be rectified and was told we had to be in the room for this to be fixed and that someone would be there right away. An hour later, nothing and we had an appointment so went to the desk to say we could not wait only to be told by another person at reception that the adaptors are available from the concierge after payment of a deposit. Why were we not told this in the first instance of our enquiry or why indeed were we not advised upon check in? The whole thing seemed bazaar and unnecessary.
