Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, the first night will be charged.

Up to two further children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged MYR 68.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 5 % Tax is not included.
10 % service charge per room per night is not included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs MYR 26.00 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast costs MYR 20.00 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
